Return and Exchange policy

we will accept merchandise returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Must be manufacturer defective merchandise or wrong item
  • Must be in the original, undamaged packaging

We will be responsible for all shipping charges. You
In case of damaged merchandise during shipment or upon delivery, refunds will apply to the shipping company’s claim policies of original shipment method.
Return and Exchange Process

Please write a return or exchange request email to contact@ecoshop.in.th with the following information:

  • Your name and contact number
  • Order number
  • Item number(s) of merchandise(s) that you will be returning or exchanging
  • Reason for return or exchange

Upon receipt of your return or exchange request, we will contact you to confirm the return and provide you return or exchange instruction. Please do not send the returned item before we confirm in reply to your email. After receive the returned item, we will take typically  5 business days to inspect and proceed the refund or exchange. The refund may transfer to your bank account or credit back to your credit card.
