HOW TO ORDER ECOSHOP PRODUCTS

  1. Browse our selection of eco products in the Front Page, All Products Page, Categorized Pages or browse by the brands you interested in, then click at the product to see its details.
  2. If you’d like to buy the product that you’re viewing, simply click the add_to_cart button to add that product in to your shopping cart.(hint: You can specify the product quantity that you want to buy by editing the quantity box, located above the add_to_cart button.)
  3. If you would like to see the current items in you cart, please click viewcart button, located at the top-right corner of every pages.
    (hint: You can change the item quantity by entering the new quantity into this box: cart_quantity , located besides the product name and hit enter. You also able to remove the product from your cart by simply click this button: remove to remove it.)
  4. When you satisfy with the items in your cart, please click cart_checkout , located at the bottom-right of your cart, or click this button: checkout , located at top-right corner of every pages to proceed with next step.
    1. If you are not logged in or not a member, you will be directed to the address form, so you can enter your desired shipping address or you can log in with the form below to log into our site and use your saved address. After you logged in you will be directed to select shipping method.
      1. If you would like to keep your address for future order, please click on save_conti . You will be directed to the member registration page, after that you will be directed to select shipping method.
      2. If you don’t want to keep your data, please click on continue. You will be directed to select shipping method.
    2. If you are already logged in, you will be direct to select shipping method immediately.
  5. ECOSHOP provides you with these options, for destination within Thailand: Standard register and EMS, for overseas destination: Airmail, Air parcel, Economy Express and Priority Express (Please refer to the details in Shipping&Charges page). After you selected shipping method please click on save_conti to proceed to the order summary.
  6. In Order Summary page, you can review your selected items, total value, shipping address, shipping method, shipping value and sub total value. If you satify with the order details, please click on confirmorder to submit your order. After that you will received the confirmation email and you will be automatically directed to settle your payment via paysbuy.

Paying your order

  1. ECOSHOP order is pay via paysbuy system, after you are directed to paysabuy page, please follow paysbuy’s instructions and proceed with your available payment method. After your payment is confirmed, you will received the confirmation email. You can view your order details in the Order Tracking page.
  2. In case of error in payment, you can try pay your order again in the Order Tracking, by clicking this button: pay_again , located at the bottom-right of the order. You will be directed to paysbuy to proceed with the payment. After your payment is confirmed, you will received the confirmation email. You can view your order details in the Order Tracking page.(hint: if you are certain that you already pay for your order, please contact our administrator via contact@ecoshop.in.th before paying.)

Tracking Your Order

  1. After you’re done with the ordering, you can check your order status in Order Tracking page, by clicking on the menu: order_tracking , located at the top of every pages. In this page, you can check your order details and you can cancel your order by clicking on cancel_order , only if your order is not shipped out or your order payment is pending. In others conditions, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact our administrator via contact@ecoshop.in.th and provide us with your order number.
    1. If you’re already logged in, your order(s) will be displayed immediately.
    2. If your’e not a registered member or not logged in, you will see the order number form and log in form. If you’re not registered member, you can enter your order number that you can find in our confirmation email into this box: tracking_no_form then click Find Order to see your order.
  2. Order Status will display in 3 status:
    1. Order Received means that we have received your order and preparing for shipment (If your order payment is settled.)
    2. Shipped Out means that your order is shipped and in transit.
    3. Canceled means your order is canceled (by yourself or the administrator.)
  3. Payment Status will display in 2 status:
    1. Payment Received means that the payment for your order is settled.
    2. Payment Pending means that we still not receive the payment. You can pay for your order by clicking on pay_again , located at bottom-right corner. You will be directed to paysbuy to proceed with the payment.
